I have a monthly membership and use the West Padonia Road location most often because it is closest. It is newer and the amenities are what I like in a carwash. They are open late until 8:00 during warm weather. I work late most nights and struggle to arrive before they close. I frequently do not make it. My car is extra dirty because I just made a road trip to Indianapolis and back a few days ago. I have tried to make it to the carwash the last three days and have arrived after 8:00 each day. Today I left the office early and drove like a bat out of Hades. I arrived at 7:53. The yellow cones were already sitting across the entrance meaning the wash was closed. the young man in the red shirt had just set them out as I was pulling in. He told me he could not move them even though it was not 8:00 because the management employee in the black shirt told him to close. I asked him to double check and he came back and said the manager would not let me in, even thought there were still cars coming through the carwash and cars still using the vacuums and it still was not 8:00. This was my first and last experience with the flagship car wash, specifically the $75 package, and I must say it was quite disappointing. Car was not vacuumed and wiped down . I tired to add photos but it won't let me . Staffed seemed very unfriendly .

How do you get your car interior clean but it comes back just as dirty as before? I have never seen a place literally not white surfaces and give your car back. They may be had my car for 10 minutes before I got it back still completely filthy. Do not waste your money at this place, when I say they literally didn't clean anything but my floor mats I mean it. Follow-up: to be offered a coupon for $17.76 for a deluxe exterior car wash as a resolution to spending over $50 to barely have your car cleaned is not what I would consider a good business practice. At minimal wouldn't you expect a free car wash to make up for the one you paid for? That's what I would consider at minimal good business practice.

Terrible overall. I got the most expensive $75 a month package from them. The package covers interior and exterior, including wiping dash doors seats, all glass and vacuum. Every time when I go through interior cleaning, the car is not clean. Today not only the car wasn’t clean, but I had two new stains on my seat. I took pictures and went to the front desk to talk to the manager. After I show him the pictures,he didn’t even hear me out, interrupted me and told me that they don’t work with stains like that. I tried to explain that the service is this satisfactory repeatedly. The manager, though wasn’t helpful at all he had unapologetic demeanor and provided bad Customer Service.

Let me start by saying, if I could give zero stars I would have. If you want your vehicle clean and done right don’t go here. When I first arrived I told the guy what I wanted and he selected the flagship pkg. I than ask him again will that pkg cover everything I want done to my vehicle and he stated yes. I purchased the service at 10:54am. I went through the car wash which I stated to the guy that I didn’t want my vehicle going through there I wanted it hand wash and dry. So he told me to pull forward at this time I couldn’t turn around. Strike number 1. Than after going through the car wash I was instructed to get out my vehicle. I went inside to the lobby sat my bag down and went to the bathroom. Which was all of 5 minutes. When I came out the bathroom they were pulling my vehicle out saying it was done. When I saw my vehicle I was saying to myself how fast it took. When I checked the inside and out of my vehicle it was still dirty. I ask if they could clean my vehicle again, by now he giving me attitude because I was showing him how dirty my vehicle was after it was so called clean. He took my vehicle back around to get a second round of cleaning and when it came back out the s
